Project Description

In this basement we went in and tackled this 1600 sq foot basement. When we arrived this had a 2 level basement with the bottom level being a garage. We removed all the garage parts and the garage door and framed a new exterior wall with a new window to match the existing basement windows. This basement has a bedroom, office, laundry room, bathroom (second phase), and ample open space! We also added an understair reading nook for the homeowners!
