Project Description

For this project we took what was an unfinished space in a brand new construction home and brought this homeowners vision to life. This was 1200 sq feet of space. In that space we added 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a bar area, and a theatre area. With luxury vinyl plank flooring this space was tied together with the theme the homeowner was trying to achieve. For the bartops we used live edge black walnut wood, which we sanded and sealed. In the bar area we added forevermark cabinetry with granite counter tops and custom built birch shelves across from the base cabinets, and custom built birch floating shelves, We also added mirrors for the bar backsplash. In the bathroom we did tile throughout with a custom glass shower enclosure.
